1. Vegetable Poha

Ingredients

2 cups flattened rice( poha ) 

1 onion , finely chopped

1 green chili , chopped 

1 cup peas 

1 tbs oil

mustard seeds 

curry leaves

salts to taste 

lemon juice

Instructions

wash  poha and left it soften 

heat oil and add mustaed seeds and curry leaves

add onions and saute until translucent 

add peas and cook for 2-3 min

mix in poha and salt 

 cook for 3-4 min and finish with lemon  juice

2. Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients

4 bread slices

 100g paneer , crumbled 

 chopped capsicum

chopped onion  

salt and pepper

butter

Instructions

mix panner, vegetables, salt and pepper

spread filling between bread slices

butter the outside of the bread grill or toast until golden brown
